What time does the event start?
The event opens to the public at 9:30 AM and runs until 2:00 PM.
Participants and Platinum Sponsors with tents are asked to arrive early between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM.
How much does it cost to come?
It's FREE!! BUT there will be donation stations located at the entry and throughout the event. Remember, all donations go directly to Brookswood Secondary School.
Is this event Family Friendly?
Yes! We welcome everyone to this community event.
Will there be food?
Yes! We will have food trucks on site during the event!
Will there be entertainment?
Yes! We will have a variety of live entertainment.
Will there be alcohol?
No. This event is for the benefit of Brookswood Secondary School and is being held on school grounds. The school does not allow drinking or smoking (of any kind) on their property.
Are there public washrooms?
Yes, there will be access to the school's washrooms.
